The Department of Pathology realises general and tumoral pathology for the Institut Jules Bordet and for 4 general hospitals of the network of public hospitals in Brussels.

The Department accesses more than 25.000 biopsies and surgical specimens per year and more than 30.000 cytologies (gynaecological and non gynaecological).
