General Assembly (Assemblée Générale)

The General Meeting is composed of 17 members :

- 5 members elected by the Communal Council of the City of Brussels at least one in its centre
- 5 members elected by the Council of Social Aid of the Public Center of Social Assistance of Brussels (CPAS) in its centre
- 2 members ex-officio elected by the Mayor of Brussels and the President of the CPAS of Brussels
- 3 members designated by ULB
- 2 members designated by the Association of the Medical Council of the Institute Jules Bordet

 

The competence of the Gereral Assembly includes :

- modification of the statutes
- approval of the accounts
- distribution of the the results of the operating cost between the associates
- the possible decision to impose dues to be paid by the associates
- the voluntary dissolution of the association
- the admission of new associated members, as well as the resignation or exclusion of associates

 

The General Assembly is legally requested to meet once a year.
