Medical Secretary
Mission
The
Medical Secretary is the dactylographic centre of medical files. The reports
dictated by the physicians concerning a consultation or an hospitalisation
are treated in this department.
The medical secretary also assures, on demand of the physicians, the typing of the Screening Clinic files, the management of the mail to the family practitioner and the eventual communication of the results of the examination.
The Unit also deals with the mail addressed to mutual society and to insurance.
