At the Admissions Office you are requested to submit the required documents and make a deposit.

 

Working hours

7:30 a.m. until 17:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
If you arrive after hours, go to the reception in the entrance hall :
121 Boulevard de Waterloo.

 

At your disposal

The Admissions Office employees will provide you with all informationon on room rates, payment modalities, possible insurance or employer liabilities,participation of medical insurances, deposit of your cash and valuables.

Your Hospital Room

Description

All hospital rooms (1, 2, or 4 beds per room) are equipped with bathroom, toilet and TV set with remote control (tele-command).
Depending on availabilities we shall do our best to meet your choices and requests.
All rooms are equipped with an inside phone line. In addition to the regular equipment, a private room with one bed is also equipped with a refrigerator.
For a modest supplement:
- We provide a private phone with an outside line for rooms with 1 or 2 beds and
- a refrigerator for rooms with 2 beds

 

Accompanying persons

If you wish, an additional bed can be added for a family member in private rooms with 1 bed.
The Admissions Office will advise you about the daily rate.

 

Meals

Meals will be served in your room. Meal tickets for the accompanying person are available at the cashier's office on the ground floor.
