Access to the Institute

How to get there

A page, which is regularly brought up to date, is enclosed with the brochure. There is usefull information about access by car, metro, train, bus and tram.

The Car Park

A paying car park is accessible Boulevard de Waterloo : the «Parking Porte de Hal». The entrance is situated near the street « Hôtel des Monnaies » .
It is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (except week-end and public holidays).
You can get a discount thanks to a ticket you can get to the window of the Hosting Institute.

 
Wheelschairs

To move more easily in the hospital, wheelschairs are available at the entrance, on request.

 
Book your room

Your hospitalization is decided with your doctor’s agreement

 

1) If your booking has not been organized yet, you can either :
- Go to the Hosting (polyclinique building, entrance 121 bd de Waterloo)
- Phone Booking Office (02/541.30.40)

2) If your room is already booked and if you know the day and the time of your admission :
- Go on time to the Admissions Office (hospitalization section, entrance 121 bd de Waterloo)

The number of single rooms is limited. As far as possible, we will do everything to answer your choice. Nonetheless, we can not guarantee it. You can contact the reservation the previous day of your hospitalization, so that you can know if a single room was available and possibly, the floor where you will be.

We can not either guarantee that you will be in the same room when you will come back to the hospital floor, after a possible transitional stay in an other unit such as the RESI (unit post anesthesia care).
