You chose to trust Jules Bordet Insitut concerning the fact that the Institut takes care of your illness, and we thank you for that.
 
Created in 1939, the Jules Bordet Institute is the only hospital mono specialized, in Belgium, which is completely devoted to cancer diseases. It belongs to the Public Brussels Hospitals (I.R.I.S.) group and is the Tumors’ Center of the "Université Libre de Bruxelles" (ULB).
 
The Jules Bordet Institute and its 900 collaborators put infrastructures and necessary competences at your disposal when the Institute takes care of you, in order to fight against disease with you.

  
Beside its role of caregiver in the field of cancer the Jules Bordet Institute ensures the training of a lot of medical students, doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff. It also develops a large activity of research both clinical and fundamental, this research is essential for new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
 
It has a good international reputation and attracts, every year, a lot of stranger doctors and researchers during their vocation training.
 
The Jules Bordet Institute is in constant contact with the other hospitals from I.R.I.S group, with U.L.B and a lot of belgian and stranger hospitals and laboratories.
