Advices

- It is preferable to make an appointment to avoid waitings if you have already one or more others appointments

- Ask to your doctor whether you have to be in a fasting state or not
- Don't forget your card SIS and your prescription
- Please take a ticketnumber and sit down in the waitingroom : your number will be called.
- If you have an appointment, take care to arrive in time and to announce you to the Reception desk.

- If you have a DAVI (dispositive arteriovenous implant) for the treatments, the technical examinations and the blood tests, please announce it to the nurse. Small reminder: it is obligatory to make an appointment for sampling with DAVI.
