4) Integration of the treatments in a multidisciplinary approach
5) Teaching of medical oncology
6) Active engagement in clinical and translational research
7) Active engagement inside national and international research groups
Organization of the clinic
- The medical team comprises 16 seniors (see figure 1)
- The clinic participates to the all Multidisciplinary rounds in relation to solid tumors

The Breast European Adjuvant Study Team (BREAST) unit is a data center, the fundamental
aim of which is to design, implement and conduct clinical trials in the field of adjuvant
therapy of breast cancer
3) Breast Cancer Translational Research Laboratory
The translational research unit aims mainly to identify new molecular markers with a
better prognostic or predictive value to individualize anti-cancer treatments
Research/perspectives
1) New drugs development (cancer patients)
2) Translational research (link between basic research and clinical practice)
3) Management of cancer in the Elderly
4) Study markers/technics of early response to therapy (circulating tumor cells, PET/CT,…)
