Free and open to all, at any stage of your treatment.
Workshops are reserved for AJA Bordet patients only. Participation is free, but registration is mandatory. No prior knowledge is required.

Workshops offered
Learning a personal development tool combining writing, drawing and collage. This tool is easy to use, accessible to all and can be used alone or in a group. The objective is not artistic or literary performance but to connect with oneself.

Create your vision of tomorrow with hope and serenity. Take our vision board workshop. A unique moment to refocus and transform your aspirations into inspiring goals. A creative interlude to shape a future filled with positive energy.

Our workshops will enable you to explore different aspects such as strength, flexibility, restorative yoga and relaxation. Following the fundamental principle “Yoga must always be adapted to meet the unique needs of each individual, not the other way around” attributed to Sri Krishnamacharya, a famous yogi, our aim will not be physical prowess, but reconnection to the present moment via body, breath and consciousness for a personalized experience.

A workshop to give you tips and explanations on how to achieve a beautiful make-up look. You will have the opportunity to use a range of products validated by oncologists.
