Free and open to all, at any stage of your treatment. 

Workshops are reserved for Bordet patients only. Participation is free, but registration is mandatory. No prior knowledge is required.

Workshops offered

Our workshops will enable you to explore different aspects such as strength, flexibility, restorative yoga and relaxation. Following the fundamental principle “Yoga must always be adapted to meet the unique needs of each individual, not the other way around” attributed to Sri Krishnamacharya, a famous yogi, our aim will not be physical prowess, but reconnection to the present moment via body, breath and consciousness for a personalized experience.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”, is a practice that leads us to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep, where the mind and body are deeply relaxed while consciousness remains active. For around 45 minutes, lying comfortably, you'll be guided by gentle, caring instructions for relaxation and visualization. This will enable you to achieve a state of total physical rest and mental peace. This workshop is open to all, with no need for prior yoga or meditation experience. The key is to be ready to explore the soothing world of Yoga Nidra.
