Een fase 3, multicenter, dubbelblind, gerandomiseerd, placebo-gecontroleerd onderzoek naar ivosidenib of enasidenib in combinatie met inductietherapie en consolidatietherapie gevolgd door onderhoudsbehandeling bij patiënten met nieuw gediagnostiseerde acute myeloïde leukemie (AML) of myelodysplastisch syndroom met toegenomen aantal blasten (MDS-EB2) met een IDH1 of IDH2 mutatie, die in aanmerking komen voor intensieve chemotherapie
